The Line Submissions
For a limited time, there is no charge to get your Veterans name on “THE LINE,” However, if you are able, any gift donations are greatly appreciated.
To honor a Veteran by having their name engraved on “THE LINE” in the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park, an individual must be Honorably Discharged, Retired, KIA or passed on, from the United States Armed Forces. A Valid proof of service should be included with this application.
Other proof of service may be accepted with approval from the Chairman. Names will be etched into an architectural stone structure and presented each Memorial Day and Veterans Day by The Commission.

Please fill out the form associated with the submission. THE FORM POPS UP AFTER SELECTING THE AMOUNT AND PRESSING THE SUBMIT BUTTON.
Please select the correct amount of names for submission in coordination with the form
IF ADDING MULTIPLE NAMES PLEASE FILL OUT THE FIRST PERSON ON THE LIST. THIS IS REQUIRED. THEN FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FORM FOR TWO OR MORE NAMES.
Please send Proof of Service, and Photos to our encrypted email system with the Applicants Name, Veterans Name, and Order Number to secure@honoredmission.org AFTER your submission. You will see an Order Number in your Confirmation Email.
If you do not provide us with the Applicant Name, Veterans Name, and Order Number when sending to secure@honoredmission.org, we will not be able to process the submission.
